Description:
The Pacific National Queensland RZNY crew wagon were built in South Africa as commonwealth cars for the SAR in the 1950s. Several of these commonwealth were imported by the Hotham Valley Railway and used in heritage operations. With PNQ starting operations on the Queensland GNR, they decided they had a need for crew relay running and subsequently bought 3 of them and had them refurbished into the RZNY crew wagons at Islington workshops. All 3 are stored as PNQ lost the GNR contract to Qube Queensland.
