All DLS content owned, produced, or distributed by Hotbox Content is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Hotbox Content, unless otherwise stated. This content must not be copied, modified, altered, adapted, reverse-engineered, redistributed, re-uploaded, mirrored, or otherwise made available whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Hotbox Content. Requests for permission to modify, adapt, or otherwise use our content outside its original intended purpose must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through the Contact Us page on our website. All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed. The unauthorised resale, commercial distribution, licensing, monetisation, or bundling of Hotbox Content assets whether in original or modified form is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, selling content, including it in paid or donation-based packages, or redistributing it through third-party platforms without express written permission. Any breach of these terms may result in the issuance of takedown notices, revocation of access, and/or legal action in accordance with Australian law. Hotbox Content reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property and to seek remedies available under the Copyright Act 1968 and applicable common law.
