VIC Sprinter DMU - Mobile
The Sprinter is a diesel railcar introduced in 1993, built by A Goninan & Co for the Public Transport Corporation, the regional rail operator in Victoria. Designed for high-frequency regional services, the Sprinter is capable of reaching speeds up to 130 km/h (81 mph). With a distinctive stainless-steel body, it serves routes like the Seymour and Stony Point lines. This model represents the as-built PTC version, featuring the original livery and interior configuration from the early 1990s, capturing the look and feel of the Sprinters when they first entered service.
